Scholarships for non-resident foreign artists and researchers in Brazilian territory
Unicamp and Banco Santander Agreement
TweetThe State University of Campinas (Unicamp) in partnership with Banco Santander, is selecting projects of foreign artists and researchers for the years 2021 and 2022. The call is also part of the program Otras Latinoamericas, which aims to bring to the Brazilian University the plurality of Amerindian and African American cultures that comprise our region. Proposals must be submitted by January 15, 2021 at the following link.
Eighteen scholarships will be awarded, in the amount of R $ 13,888.88. The proposed activities must be provided for a length of stay at Unicamp between 5 and 15 days to fit in one of the 4 hubs:
Visual arts and / or cinema
Literature and / or theater
Music and / or dance
Handcrafted and / or Culinary
Such call is addressed to non-Brazilian artists and researchers, with at least a master degree as well as recognized works in the proposed hub. The projects must bring direct or indirect benefits to the university community, developed either individually or in pairs. The program is promoted by Executive Board of Culture (DCult), of the Office of the Vice-President for Extension and Culture (Proec) of Unicamp.
